    These shorts are great for bike to run training. I have worn them several times since they were delivered last week for bike to run bricks. I haven't worn them in the water yet and don't really plan to. The tri pad is thin and comfortable.

    The shorts were nice and sheer but the fit was off, too big and bunched in weird places. I ordered one size up based on reviews but my true size may have worked better. If you can get the fit right, these would prob be great.
