They are very comfortable, with just enough padding in the chamois for a moderate bike ride, but without bunching on a run. I really like the low fit around the hips, and they have a great amount of tightness around the thigh. Great shorts, would definitely purchase again

These shorts, however, are beyond low-rise. So much so, that they dig in and cause much muffin-top. No clingy tops with these. Weird fit aside, the performance is pretty good. The silicone grips on the legs ensure that they do not ride up while running, and the moisture-management is top-notch. If you don't mind the ultra-low waist and/or you are among the slim-hipped, you will probably like these. If you have a long torso, I would skip them.
