“This is a very nice jacket. I don't think I would ever pay the full price for it, but you can see that this is not your regular north face et al. jacket. The cut is european, so it's nicely tailored, as opposed to the often baggy jackets from US manufacturers. It features the Toray Entrant V fabric, which is wonderful, more flexible and stretchy than Gore-Tex especially at lower temps, and retains good breathability even at high humidity (which Gore-Tex doesn't). Overall, well-made, with taped seems, every detail worked out right, no corners cut - the way a jacket of this type should be made, unfortunately, in this day an age that seems to mean spending $500+ if one was to pay the full price. Sad.”
