| A.Testoni shoes are prized the world over for their innovative design and quality Italian construction. Amedeo Testoni was born and raised in Bologna where he was immersed in the rich heritage of Italian shoemaking craftsmanship. After learning from the masters and serving his apprenticeships in the best shops, he founded A. Testoni shoes in 1929. His traditional approach to the art of shoemaking — known in the footwear business as "Bologna Construction" — remains the core element of today's A. Testoni shoes. Such a commitment to quality, combined with the company's insistence on the absolute finest materials, is what makes the shoes of A. Conservative, and reflective of an appreciation for things that are made well. All shoes need some breakin, so that goes without saying, but they were very comfortable nonetheless (but not sneakers). Highly recommended. Hope STD can get more.
