Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a sprinter, and i use the Kayano's in training for warm-ups, drills, and any drills too long for spikes. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, provide the support for my feet that i need, and are light enough to sprint reasonably fast in. I haven't found a fault in them yet.
