No probelms with cold toes or wet feet. Their primary use is snow shoeing and they are comfortable even with a heavy pack. I did have a problem with the toe coming apart from the boot, but the great staff at Sierra took care of this for me and got me back on the trail. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

However this also makes the boot much less bulky and gives more precise foot placement in tight spots. Pick your poison.
