Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm actually just short of being an "avid cyclist". Right out of the box it was easy to adjust. Good looking and sturdy. It's very hot here so it seems to provide great ventilation. I'm super light sensitive so the visor is excellent. Great value: other helmets I was considering were more than twice the price of this one.
