Benchmade High Country Knife a Winner
By Foothill Photographer from Northern California foothills on 6/17/2008
Pros:
Comfortable Grip, Finish, Sharp Blade
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: This is an extremely well made knife using D2 steel for the blade. I was so happy with the first one that I recieved that I ordered a second one. For knife collectors the price on this knife cannot be beat. My first knife has a number of 0029 out of 1000.
By Foothill Explorer from Lincoln CA on 6/13/2008
Pros:
D2 blade at it's best
Best Uses:
Camping, Home, Survival
Describe Yourself:
Avid Adventurer
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: Benchmade makes excellent D2 steel blades and it's evident on this knife. Fit and finnish is fine. I got such a low number (0029 of 10000) I'm tempted to put it away and not use it at all, and buy another for every day use.
