Body Glove |
| Bob and Bill Meistrell, the brothers who founded Body Glove, have always loved water… a passion that took them from the farm ponds of Missouri to the beaches of L.A.'s South Bay, where they discovered the thrill of surfing. In 1953 they borrowed $1800 and bought out the Dive 'n' Surf shop, eventually turning it into the top surfing and diving retail establishment in Southern California. Their search for a better wetsuit led them to develop neoprene, which in turn led to the invention of the first truly practical wetsuit. Stretchy, comfortable and warm, it opened up Southern California to year-round surfing. Water enthusiasts loved the suits which “fit like a glove” and so the name Body Glove was born. Innovation and cutting-edge design technology continues to drive Body Glove’s manufacture of wetsuits, PFDs and technical accessories for water lovers everywhere. |

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: fit may be a kittle sticky getting on and off, but hey, it's a wetsuit! lightweight for the tropics, i am never cold while teaching and the articulation is great for arm movements. it's a pleasure to swim in

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I gave this life vest as a gift to my soon-to-be-daughter-in-law. She was delighted with the cute floral motifs and the fact that the beautiful aqua accent color matched her new Liquid Force Angel wakeboard. She remarked about how well constructed and comfortable the vest is. She found that the inside grip strips kept the vest from riding up in the water. As with most Body Glove products, sizing up is a good thing, especially if you are not especially flat chested. This vest is super stylish looking and was a big hit.
