I tried the Camaro mono voltage wetsuit and the sleeves were too loose for my skinny arms. This wet suit is great. It has adjustable sleeve and thigh openings with velcro so it fits my skinny arms snugly. The zipper is on the back but connected to it is long line that makes it easy to pull up. The neck is a bit tight though. It kept me warm on my snorkeling trip in Maui.

Used them for cooler weather kayaking-- did not want to get my feet wet! Worked well but run small-- returned the first pair for the next size up and they were still snug.. But did a great job of keeping my feet dry.
