I bought a large and I am a size 8 in clothing. I was on the low end of their sizing chart in all areas but still it felt short.

By Swim teacher from Ohio on 10/19/2009 Pros: Adjustable closures, Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Put On And Off, Runs slightly small Best Uses: Good for warmer water, Great for use in a pool, Keeps the chill off Describe Yourself: Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the double sleeves and the adjustable velcro closures at the arm and thighs. Makes for a great custom fit. Although it runs slightly smaller than other suits the same size, it's not a huge difference.

The torso was too short for me and the midsction too large (in medium) then when I upgraded to a large it was still a little short in the torso, with an even baggier midsection. I am 5'7" 125 lbs.
