It's got a good drape to it, and the collar has some retro style. The big secret that I thought was fun is that the dress has a secret kangaroo pocket! weird, not really noticeable. If you want to store items at crotch-level, you can!

It can be dressed up or down. The neckline is very flattering--it's flirty yet covers completely. Easy fabric for packing/travel--can touch up with low iron if needed. I agree with previous review that the side pockets add a little bulge where I don't need it.
