| Donna Ricco New York may be a dress company, but it’s not your traditional dress company. Founder Donna Ricco has been wearing dresses since she opened the company 20 years ago, and believes that dresses can still be worn by modern women who place a high emphasis on style. A self-taught seamstress, Donna Ricco grew up with Midwest values that have helped her "keep things straightforward and simple." Thus, Donna Ricco designs modern, tasteful dresses for petites, everyday women and bridal/special occasions with the goal of making all women feel good about themselves. Donna Ricco also offers accessories such as scarves and cardigans that complement a sophisticated collection of dresses. |

The belt is a good color, but not great quality.
If you have some curves, this dress has a very flattering fit.

the stitching on the bow cheapened the dress
the fabric is a nice taffeta and splendid color
i think this dress is as close to timeless as an article of clothing can get, which of course makes a wonderful wardrobe staple

Appropriate for work-related holiday events where you don't want to show too much skin. Flattering fit, although you should order up one size as the top thru chest and shoulders runs tight. I usually wear a 4-6 in tops & jackets, am 34 C-, and this felt very constraining in a size 6.
