And they fit my orthotics! Definitely order one size larger (order the 39 if you're normally an 8). Was a little worried about the high-cut back as one reviewer said she had to get it cut down, but it wasn't a problem at all. Extremely comfortable and lightweight.

The leather strap across the instep is too loose on me, so they look a little sloppy. Also they squeak when I walk on hard floors.
