It's mesh! I found it exceptionally comfortable when running in the heat.

Too bad it doesn't fit. I'm petite and usually wear a small. I bought a size medium b/c of previous reviews saying it runs small and it is skin tight. I guess I'm only out [$]...but still....poor sizing.
