About Kelty Backpacks
|
Kelty backpacks have one goal - to make a pack that's as comfortable to wear as your favorite shirt. Light weight is assured by the LightBeam™ aluminum stays and suspension systems. But traveling light is only part of the comfort system built into each Kelty backpack. All bodies are not created equal, and Kelty backpacks ergonomically adapt to varying body shapes. A petite young mother will be just as comfortable in her Kelty backpack as her college linebacker husband is in his. Convenient organization features such as sleeping bag compartments and fleece lined optics pockets keep your gear safely stowed away. The exclusive Taste Free Hydration technology found in Kelty backpacks provide a built in water supply so you can leave your clumsy water bottles behind. You'll travel farther, faster, and lighter in a Kelty backpack.

Comments:
This carrier is much sturdier than some of the other commercial brands, Additionally, it seems to distribute the weight better than other carriers around the waist. I like that the storage/pockets can be detached based on needed functionality. First use, 1 month old baby went straigt to sleep.

Comments:
I havent really had a chance to use this pack but it seems like a pretty sweet pack. Its light and compact. I will use it mostly for traveling through central america so the fact that there arent a hundred straps hanging off the outside of it is great. there is just one main compartment, a lid compartment and little strap pockets. It is pretty simple but thats what I need. If you want all the bells and whistles that some of the "fancy" packs have to offer these days, this may not be the pack for you. However, if you want to pack light and keep it simple I would recommend this to anyone.

It's easily adjusted to fit me or my husband. Padded straps are a big plus!
