I havent really had a chance to use this pack but it seems like a pretty sweet pack. Its light and compact. I will use it mostly for traveling through central america so the fact that there arent a hundred straps hanging off the outside of it is great. there is just one main compartment, a lid compartment and little strap pockets. It is pretty simple but thats what I need. If you want all the bells and whistles that some of the "fancy" packs have to offer these days, this may not be the pack for you. However, if you want to pack light and keep it simple I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this tent so that my sons and I would have a bit more room for gear and changing clothes during our cub scout camping trips. The tent would be pretty heavy for backpacking, but it's great for truck camping. Set us is very easy after you've done it once, and take down is even easier. I do wish it had a larger fly that would cover more of the front door area.
