They were very easy to hike with, the cork grips are shaped just right for my hands, and they definitely seemed to help take some of the strain off of my knees. I'm glad I got them!

LeConte. It ranined all day up and back (14 mile round trip) and we used the poles to stabilize stream crossings and hiking the trail.
