My first set of hiking poles and I love them. Great for a balanced workout and good protection when descending. They are strong, light and easy to adjust.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Worked great, weighed nothing, shock and non shock worked well, broke down to a packable size, but I have not used the camera mount yet.
