This jacket does both.
I love the cinch waist and the dual zip features.
Once the weather gets a bit colder the tall, wide stand up collar will be perfect. I almost gave one less star because of this but didn't due to the simple fact that I need this collar when I go out at -20.

Way comfortable! feels like there's nothing on your back. Stays right on you! Awesome buy!
