Marker got its start in 1952, when skiing pioneer Hannes Marker produced and marketed the first commercially successful releasable ski bindings. Marker continued to perfect his new binding system, and soon other ski companies began manufacturing releasable ski bindings. Now, with more than 50 years in the ski gear and clothing industry, Marker has become a snowsport leader, adding ski jackets, ski pants, snowsport helmets and goggles to the Marker product line. I wear it over a down vest for extremely cold temperatures.

Nice fuzzy material inside feels lovely but it's cut for a woman with no upper body muscular development. I'm a size 2-4 with significant lats and it's too tight in that region. Otherwise, it looks just amazing.

Would have prefered a hide-away hood. Ended up taking it back beause the wind whipped through it and it was not warm enough. Maybe for fall wear or when in constant motion. Sadly had to return it.
