In 1946 the Moreshci family emerged from World War II to start a family-run business in the industrial district of Vigevano, Italy. This first generation of master shoemakers soon achieved a reputation for excellence and passed down its closely-guarded process to the skilled workers of today. More than 250 production steps create each pair of Moreschi’s elegantly fashioned shoes, distinguished by hand-stitched uppers and strong Goodyear welts. Moreshci of Italy produces a wide range of footwear, from sophisticated dress shoes to comfortable casual wear.

Sadly, it is a bit too tight for me at the upper arms (though I think it is generally true to size), so I will have to return it. Would love to get one size above, but sadly that size is sold out :(

A few years ago nearly all of my shoes were either Gucci or Moreschi. These shoes look great for Spring/Summer and as resortwear. Unfortunately they run a little small so I had to return them. Alas, they were not available in a larger size. I would recommend ordering a half size larger than you
normally wear.
