Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I saw the skirt ran large so I ordered a small instead of a medium and it fit perfect. It is a little bit short, but I wore a little lower below belly button and it worked great. Very flattering, cool, comfortable...I've gotten a TON of compliments on this skirt. The wrap around is a little awkard but once you get it, it is not a big deal! I think others who had balloon effect did not order a size down because I look super lean in this skirt! My husband told me to find it in other colors because I was prancing around like I owned the world (I felt great in it!)! Ha! Enjoy!
