Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an excellent, very bright light. It has low battery life. But that is always the trade off with bright bulbes. The light is very well made. It feels very durable. The design is simple. The package even includes batteries. The light is bit hard to turn on.

I scuba dive and carry one always in my BCD pouch. I use this along with a Pelican Saberlite always have one spare.
The size and weight are also good for traveling. I keep one with me all the time when I am oversea especially in my hotel room.
