Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my 12 year old son for scout camp since they walk a lot in the heat and have limited access to water at times. He likes it. It is not too big and easy to use. I have trouble sometimes getting the water to flow but my son if fine with it. We have only used this for walking and not for running or biking. Good price.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought I could use this while running but in general, I don't like to run with something around my waist. This product didn't work for me for running. However, it's a very nice product otherwise and I will use it for hiking. It is very easy to fill, the pack is quite nice with pockets and it's comfortable while hiking. I'm not too sure how well the air pump works. Maybe I didn't pump it up enough because I still had to suck to get enough water.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I attached it to the back of my kayak seat and ran the tube around and clipped it to the side of my boat. A quick or prolonged sip is at my fingertips.
