"Closeouts" or "seconds" ?? By kb the outdoor gal from Reno, NV on 07/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Functional, Versatile, Washes Well Cons: Slightly too long, Stitching flaw Best Uses: Hiking, On The Weekend, Yard work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Functional Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the low leg slit pockets--great to carry the cell phone in. Sturdy material for outdoor recreation.
I thought this product was "new", it had a stitching flaw on the front of the leg. Was this product suppose to be a "second"? I purchased a pair of Carhartt shorts "in store" and they were perfect.

Heed the advice: They run a size small. So if you're a 10, order a 12.
That said, they wear like iron and are totally comfortable. I will definitely buy another pair.
By Sparky from Austin, TX on 06/12/2008 Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Product fit poorly. Way too big in the waist, hips somewhat true to size. The product description of "order one size larger than your usual" should have been a tip off. Returned the item.
By catface00 from Cortland, New York on 06/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Versatile, Washes Well Best Uses: Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend, To School, To Work Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these shorts for work and play. Because I prefer a longer inseam it's hard to find women's shorts that are long enough to wear to work. However, these are just long enough for work purposes, and fit so much better than men's shorts.

What a mistake!!!! Way too big. Things like this happen however it is infuriating to be charged return shipping for a mistake YOU advised me to make!!
The merchandise was fine; I immediately ordered two pair in the proper size to wear around the yard and garden.
