It is a great compromise between being stylish and practical in cooler weather. She is already wearing it with jeans to school, and I expect she will use it as a base layer for outdoor winter activities. Very rich-looking, quality shirt (we bought chocolate brown).

I must have long arms because it didn't have a problem with the sleeves being too long. The under arms are a little tight though.

The colors, especially yellow, are pretty. I think Carhartt products run a bit large as I buy a size smaller than I usually wear.
