But the shoes are cute.

I ordered two pair and when a third color became available I ordered it. I wore one pair around the house for a few hours on several days to be sure that they were comfortable. On a Monday, eight days ago, I wore the same pair into work; it was the first time I had them on for a full day. By Tuesday morning my right foot was swollen; by Friday I had a very swollen area on my right foot and had to stay off my foot completely through Monday. Today is Tuesday and I just got home from the doctor; she told me that the shoe irritated my foot in the most common area (near the big toe joint) and that it would take a few more days for the swelling to go down. She told me to look at the inside of the shoe to see if there was a seam that could have caused the problem. I looked at the shoe and found that there is a seam or overlap in the shoe lining that hit my foot exactly where I had the problem. It is paper thin and I am amazed that it could have caused such a painful and long lasting problem. Unfortunately I have to return all three pairs - and one pair hasn't even arrived yet! If this hadn't happened, I would have kept them as they really are pretty shoes. They do not have good arch support, however if you are not walking a lot they are comfortable. I share the concern of another reviewer in that the design of the bottom of the shoe raised concerns regarding durability.

I wear them to work, for driving, to go out to dinner, to go shopping - almost anywhere. The little accent of bling just sets them off perfectly and the skin tones go with almost anything. The open back keeps them "cool" temperature wise enough for summer, but I'm guessing they'll go three seasons at least.

I really enjoy the shoes and I think they always look great. They are sort of thinner than I thought they'd be so that's the only reason why I'm worried a/b them lasting.
