By dog hiker from Amherst, MA on 10/26/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great color that changes from taupe to green in different light- well made-really nice fabric and lining- plain but nice details. Love the length- sleeves nice and long-toggle tighters for the hood alittle confusing for me so I would still need a hat when really cold and windy.

Great jacket with nice style By The Dog Walker from Wyckoff, NJ on 04/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a professional dog walker. I have been looking for a jacket that is warm, waterproof and light weight. This jacket looks so good, I can wear it out socially as well. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't tell you how that will work, but it definitely looks great. I like that it is longer to keep my butt warm too. It is roomy also, which I like, because I often need to wear a sweater under it for the really frigid days. It doesn't puff out with a sweater, it is very flattering.
By BB from Colorado on 03/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this jacket -- lots of well-placed zipper pockets. Lightweight -- but WARM!
Can't wait to try it out. By so-so skier from Florida from Tampa, FL on 03/05/2009 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't gotten to wear this yet; I will be skiing out west in late March. It's comfortable and roomy and I suspect plenty warm, too.
Warm and nice looking jacket. By Needed a warm jacket from Near Syracuse NY on 02/28/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Daily jacket Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this jacket to wear to work rather than for sports. (I do a lot of winter hiking & snowshoeing but wear a shell garment and layers of fleece for that.) This jacket was what I hoped it would be--it looks nice and keeps me warm and dry. The beautiful trim on the hood is real coyote--people who don't agree with using fur will want to know that. I'm not against the idea of fur but it is not my style to wear it. I had planned to remove the hood anyway--so I like the fact that the hood can be removed. It is also possible to detach the fur only. This jacket has a lot of nice touches and I like the fabric.
By walker from Southern CA on 02/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Jacket is great, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Walking dog Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold California days Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket would have been perfect if it had a smaller hood with a fluffier fur ruff. Unfortunately, because the hood looked so bad I had to return it.
By AnnieB from Boston, MA on 02/25/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is so pretty, I don't think I'll wear it on the slopes - more like all around town. It's got very nice details and as my husband noted, "a feminine shape." (With a comment like that, it's a keeper!) The light blue does look like it will get dirty easily, so I'll be a little more careful with this than a darker color, but it's flattering, lightweight, and seems quite warm. Also, a neat little sleeve pocket is handy for tissues or the housekey.
By Cindy the Traveler from Charlotte, NC on 02/13/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Collegiate/Pro Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I line in NC and bought this jacket for a vacation trip to Canada and Boston. I wore this jacket at Mont Tremblant, Quebec and at 14 degrees or less was never cold. In Boston at 50 degrees I was comfortable unzipped and at 32 degrees and 25 mph winds, I was still warm. Roomy to make layering easy.
Great jacket, lots of compliments. What more could you ask for?

I'll use it for walking my dog on the few very cold days we do get down here as well.
