Defnitely fits the bill ! By carousel13 from Boston, MA on 01/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Irregular Size, Runs Big Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been looking a long time for an insulated waterproof jacket that didn't make me look like a snowman. I first ordered this one in a size 12 but it was very full in the back and front and looked like I was wearing an oversized jacket. I then ordered a size 10 which is a better fit for this style jacket. I will test it's waterproofness during our next snowstorm.I am please with the material and love the hood.
Great brand - maybe not this time? By Runaround Mom from Milwaukee, WI on 01/03/2009 Pros: Durable, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had other jackets by Fera, and usually loved them. This is a great brand, but this coat is a bit of a yawner. Nice long length, good hood, but just sort of shaplish hang on me. I dont' have any hips, and I'm only 5'4, and this did nothing for my figure. If you're curvy and can fill it out, this might be a great jacket.
By Bea, from Oneonta, NY on 12/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cross Country, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the jacket! It now is my first choice for outside wear. It feels like it could go over a few layers and still be comfortable. I vary between a size 12 and 14 - this is a 14 and I probably could have fit into a 12.

This is really a nice jacket. I am planning an extreme winter trip, snowmobiling, ice fishing in wyoming this coming winter and needed something waterproof and warm. .I think this will do the job just fine.. very warm, it looks nice and I like that it is a full cut so you dont get snow on your back. It will be a nice rain coat for here in so california also. Excellent for the price I paid. [...] Thank you Sierra Trading Post for making life a little bit easier!
