Love 'em even tho they wear out too soon By Busters Mom from Cottage Grove, OR on 11/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Previous pairs of Acorn slippers - I've had several- all have worn out within a year. And while the wool fleece is cozy and thick at first, it compresses way too quickly, and the slipper feels too big after a while. I buy them repeatedly because for a while, 3-4 mos?, they are the most cozy slipper around. Because of their short wear time, I only buy them on sale.
By Barefoot whenever possible from FL on 11/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have size 7EE feet and often can't find men's shoes that fit well. The large size in these booties are just right, the styling is unisex and the comfort is terrific. Soft and luxuriant, no uncomfortable seams. Feet stay warm but don't get sweaty in the fleece. High tops keep ankles warm. I would guess that the XL will fit up to a men's 8.5 foot.
By Sue from Ashland, OR on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered "small" and they are perfect for somebody who has 5.5-6 size feet.
Very good for house shoes in a rural setting because you can fly out the door with warm feet, feel you've got shoes on.
A fun look with tights, leg warmers, skirt.

nice slipper but too small By Mike's mom from San Jose, CA on 11/03/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: XL was too small for my size 10 feet
By Wellesley Mom from Pok, NY on 11/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels full size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Too large, thin sole, brand was better years ago.
Great but a little bit small. By Cold in South Dakota from SD on 10/28/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have searched many websites for this type of item. My feet get cold so I always wear – around the house - sheepskin booties during the winter months. These are perfect if not for the fact that they are a little bit too small. I normally wear the size 8.5, purchased size 9 and still it is too small. I am disappointed because they are so warm and of good quality. It is such a hassle to return and order a new pair.
Toasty feet for winter guaranteed By cold tootsies from Indiana on 10/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Warm feet in winter are essential for me. I take an 11 shoe, but the 9 1/2-10 1/2 fit great because as they say on the label, the fleece packs down and gives you more room. Lovely product. Recommend highly.
By cold feet from Cleveland, OH on 10/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear a 9.5 - 10 so I ordered the XL. I tried the slippers on, while wearing thin socks, and the they felt big. But I think with thicker socks they will be fine. I chose this style because the tops of my feet get cold when I wear loafer style slippers, even when I have thick socks on, but these slippers are wonderful, they keep the tops of my feet warm and they are very comfortable.
Not as substantial as anticipated By Loving mom from Boston, Mass on 03/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved the first pair of Acorn slippers I had - about 8 years ago - since then I got duped into buying another brand by mistake when they turned up under Acorn on the net - they were OK but not as good as my Acorn's. This is my second pair of Acorns - not as substantial as the first pair and I doubt they will wear as well. Probably should have tried to buy a style with more sheep's wool inside. Still better than other brands around.
