I have very narrow feet, so that might be part of the problem. They are a little too long and feel like they will stretch as the fluff gets mashed down and the leather stretches with wear. They are very comfortable and warm, though. I put in some extra padding and they fit well now. My only complaint is that my feet fall off of the edges of the sole a bit- not much lateral support.

I can't wear the synthetics. These are still best with socks, but are sooo comfy and warm.

I normally have to get an 8 because I have wide feet. I put them on every morning and feel like I'm pampering my toes in cloud softness.

I needed something to keep my feet warm for the winter in Ohio. These slippers have fit my needs wonderfully! They keep my feet warm without getting sweaty or clammy, they have a thick but flexible sole and have a great fur lining. I typically wear a 6.5 shoe size - but ordered the small, which is for sizes 5 to 6 and it fits me perfect even with socks on. So I'd say the slipper runs a little large. I would recommend this slipper to anyone wanting a warm slipper for the winter.
