The tread will be great in the winter, and the top-stitching will ensure a long life.
They do fit small, so be sure to add a half size. I'm counting on the leather to stretch a bit so that they fit comfortably.

They were very attractive. However, the calf area of the boots were so tight they constricted my legs. Too painful to wear.

I know that suggestions and comments noted that you had to size up ... this is true if you wore a winter or heavy sock. Current sizing only allows you to wear a nylon stocking.
