By Kim from Berlin, Germany on 09/04/2008 Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have to agree, these shoes aren't very comfortable. The arch falls in an uncomfortable spot, and even though I have narrow feet, I found them to be a little tight. I'll wear them at the beach or poolside, but I'm not going hiking in them - as they advertise.
cute but only for narrow feet By baldgirl from Western MA on 01/07/2008 Cons: Chafes, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Barbecues, Beach Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My feet barely fit into these sandals. I am keeping them because I am thinking that they will loosen up and become comfortable after they are broken in. The are very trendy and a bit out of character for my kind of footwear but I wanted to stretch myself. Now I am hoping these sandals will stretch.
Product didn't last long. By Tizz from Council Bluffs, Iowa on 12/18/2007 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: One of the leather straps wasn't cut wide enough, so the metal part twists making the shoe uncomfortable to wear; pretty useless, in fact.
For very skinny feet only By Skatejorer from Beautiful Southern Ohio on 10/11/2007 Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual, Conservative, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Comments: Elastic straps are fairly tight. I am fit and not overweight and the straps are quite tight. The attachment points for the straps feel as if they would rub your feet. Tightness causes you to walk out of the shoes. They may work for someone with extremely lean feet and low arches.
feet slide right out when walking By love a good project from San Rafael, CA on 09/25/2007 Pros: Breathable, Cute, Good sole Best Uses: As a repair project Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The elastic upper is backed by leather in two of the three spans across the feet. After having the shoe repair store remove the leather backing, I was finally able to insert my foot into the shoe. On the first step, and with each step, my foot slid out the back. The shoe repair store solved this by sewing on another elastic strap to go around the back of the foot at the achilles tendon. Now my foot stays in the shoe. Also, the metal piece at the toe side, through which the strap slides is situated just right to dig into my little toe.
