The heal feels too firm or hard & the top where the strap sits rubs on my foot.
I've had these for about a week & have worn them a lot so they do seem to be getting a bit more comfortable but I wish they were as comfortable as other Borns I've purchased.

These shoes are a little "cloddy" looking but for casual wear are great.

Unforturately they didn't fit me well but only because I have a very high instep, and couldn't slide my foot all the way in. I thought the color was brown, instead they are an olive color.
