By AZ from Northampton, MA on 12/31/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the design of this sweater. The color is a bright purple, which I like, but it may be too bold for some women. (The color was "Bavarian Iris" and no preview was available.) It is a little shorter than I like and small for the size, but I love the sweater anyway.

By T.Cinco from L.I. NY on 12/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Lightweight, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was very pleased to get this sweater. The design is not overstated, so it can pair well with just about anything. It can be dressed up or down, & can be worn as a sweater or a light jacket. It is wool, so there is a little itchyness if you wear a low collared shirt underneath, but not nearly as bad as some wool sweaters. I was in the market for a nice wool sweater for a while, but didn't want to spend a fortune...this was definitely a great purchase.

Perfect fit and very pretty.
Stylish BUT inconsistent sizing By Priss from Newark, DE on 12/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Great for petite height, Stylish, Versatile Cons: Inconsistent Sizing, NO stretch at hip Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Purchased this sweater in red (small) as a gift and loved the vibrant colour, detailing and length so much that I purchased a red and bavarian iris (medium) for myself. Being of petite height and average torso, this sits nicely at top of hip. While the embroidered stitching on all three was flawless and beautiful, there was an obvious difference in sizing between the two mediums. The lengths were identical, however the widths were not. The bavarian iris sweater was smaller (heavier, less pliable wool), and when compared against the size small sweater, was only marginally larger. The red sweater (more pliable) is the proper fit for a medium, but because it's boiled wool, there's NO stretch at the hip which could make it interesting for those of us with fuller hips to zip up!!!!!!
By Wanna be stylish from Alaska on 12/22/2008 Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The fit is kind of boxy. It would be much more flattering if it were more fitted. The fabric around the arms bags out. Some of the pretty stitching came out the first time I wore it.
Girls, don't miss this deal... By TC from Virginia on 12/21/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love wool that looks like wool and this one does. If you tried to purchase this off the rack it would probably cost you $120.00. I purchased the red one and when I opened the box I instantly went to the computer and purchased the green. People turn their heads twice to look at this sweater.
