They may fit better once they get broken in. This sandal seems to be well made.

Straps & stitching under straps are very rough & sharp. They cut deep gashes/blisters intoboth sides of my upper foot skin only after wearing an hour. Living in Hawaii I never wear closed shoes & only wear this type of open sandal. My feet are tan & do not have tender skin, so I was shocked when they cut into my feet so badly. I tried to wear them a 2nd time but put Dr Scholes "Moleskin" flannel padding under straps. Got same blister cuts again but not as bad. Sadly I can't wear these very cute shoes & wish I could return them. I bought them at the higher price because they looked like stylish, comfortable Birkinstocks-WRONG! Soles are on the heavy side as well with that rubber bottom. Boo Hoo !

The 2nd pair was a bit stiff but has relaxed with wear. Now, very comfy! Cute & versatile. Good travel sandal.
