Unfortunetly, it arrived with a scuff on the front and a strip of hair was missing in an obvious area. Instead of sending it back, I decided to have it repaired since I really liked the boots and they felt and looked good otherwise.

(These are a Hair-On boot) Very comfy just to wear around.
