By Hiker with dogs from Highland Michigan on 10/31/2009 Pros: Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy On/Off, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Environmentalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a good shoe but runs really large. I normally wear a size 8 and ended up getting a size 7 and it's even a bit on the large size.
By Rachel the Runner from Ames, IA on 08/19/2009 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Multi-Use Cons: Not Flexible, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Professional, Recreational Watersporter Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Wanted these for moderate hiking/trail running. Not as much support as expected
By Bird Feeder from Pinehurst, NC on 07/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Easy On/Off, Great Traction, Lightweight, Multi-Use, Secure Fit Best Uses: Everyday/Practical Use Describe Yourself: Environmentalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read all the reviews before purchasing these shoes and am so glad, because they are a very true fit and I would have ordered a size too large otherwise. I have replaced the insole, as they do not have much padding, but they are very comfortable and waterproof.

These shoes are great for my arthritic feet, but others might find them a bit too stiff. They fit and were comfortable right out of the box.

The did not have a 1/2 size. If it will fit you in the length this is a well made shoe and a great price!
Bought these for my mom... By firefighter217 from Corpus Christi, TX on 03/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Secure Fit, Water proof Best Uses: At The Beach, At work, Everyday/Practical Use Describe Yourself: Environmentalist, Recreational Watersporter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these shoes for my mother who works in the garden department of a large home improvement store.
She is in charge of watering all of the garden everyday of the week. Needless to say she used to come home with her socks soaked at the end of the day. These shoes keep her nice and dry. They are also light weight.
more support than other shoes By kim from chicag, il on 03/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Great Traction, Lightweight, Multi-Use, Secure Fit Best Uses: Everyday/Practical Use Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Must order by European sizing, or you may be sending product back.
Well made, but going back By Sunshine in Denver from Denver, CO on 03/18/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Multi-Use Cons: Heel too big, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Hiking, Trail Running Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Usually wear a 9.5 in trail shoes, ordered these in the US 9 equivalent and they were too big. They don't have much cushion, but the grip on the bottom seems like it would be great on trails. I have narrow feet and these were much to roomy in the heel and my foot was moving around way too much, they are going back. They fit well in the rest of my foot, but just too big in the heel.
Also, I think the Gore-tex may be the source of a somewhat crinkley sound that the shoes make when walking. Could get a bit annoying.

Great fit with lacing. Run large by at least a half size. Repel dirt and water very well.
