I was sorely dissapointed upon arrival, the shoe fit my foot, I wear a 6-6.5 shoe! I had to send it back immediately, what I don't get is that other Ecco shoes sold through Sierra state that the size I got is equal to 5-6 american...so they can't be consistent with the info they provide, it was a hassel and dissappointing.

Athletic as in good for walking while traveling, running errands, daily wear. Not an athletic shoe itself. Due to all the straps you can adjust it very well to your foot. Good velcro so they don't pop up.
