My sister had a different pair that was wearing badly. I saw the price on these, knew they were the same as I had, bought two pairs: one for her and one for me. The new pair is just in case something happens to my old pair.

By Cold Fingers from Metro Detroit on 01/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in a very cold climate and polartec gloves just do not do the trick for keeping my hands warm when walking the dogs. These gloves are a grade above polartec, but I am disappointed. They were advertised as lined in cashmere, which is a very warm and soft fiber. The percentage of cashmere is very low and the manufacturer used some other scratchy fiber with it. The lining is inferior to other gloves I have tried on.
On the positive side, I have square hands and my fingers are not long. These gloves fit. I was worried that the fingers would be really long with lots of extra space at the end of the fingers. They fit nicely. I just wish the linings were a better quality.
