Feels comfortable and protective By Buddy from Virginia Beach, VA on 09/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Peripheral Vision, Lightweight, Protective, Well Ventilated Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish it came with adjustable fitting materials as head sizes varies by individual. I did measure my head circumference and match it against the published sizes and the helmet feels bigger that the measurement indicated in the chart.
I Found the Helmet that Works for Me!! By Trike Rider from New Mexico on 09/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Headphone Compatible, Lightweight, Protective, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Recumbent with Headrest Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed a helmet for my recumbent bike that didn't have a point in the back. This one worked perfectly. Very light and cool in the warm weather. Comes with liner so I can keep my ears warm in the winter. I like this helmet.
By angelfire4154 from Comstock, TX on 01/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Lightweight, Protective, Stylish, Well Ventilated Describe Yourself: Getting Started Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a warm and comfortable protective helmet (as opposed to a hard hat). I love that it is winter/summer compatible. It would be even better if someone made one helmet to fit ALL needs, including kayaking...but this will definately do for now!
Good helmet for multiple sports. By Maggie from Western Slope, Colorado on 01/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Headphone Compatible, Lightweight, Protective Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this helmet to use for winter cycling in Colorado. Needed protective gear that is also WARM! This fits the bill. It does seem to be a size small, however. I typically wear a medium and had to exchange for a large. Other than that, a great item overall. I would recommend this helmet to a friend.
By CJ-7 from Williamsburg, VA on 12/28/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Protective Best Uses: Downhill, Half Pipe, Park, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this helmet and the bad lieutenant to try. This helmet won the contest due to a higher level of comfort. Also the matte black finish was less showy than the bad lieutenant helmet (which was the more stylish choice).

a little small, but still lifechanging By big headed winter biker from minneapolis, mn on 11/25/2008 Pros: Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Headphone Compatible, Lightweight, Protective, Stylish, Well Ventilated Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i bought the largest size offered by the company and found that it was still a little small. i modifide the liner a bit to make it fit, and i wear it everyday now. the sides of the helmet are extremely warm, and the top vents nicely so you dont get sweaty hair. a great helmet, unless you have a freakishly large head
Extra large not extra large measurements By HouSki from Houston, TX on 11/10/2008 Pros: Stylish, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Downhill, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was disappointed that the extra large was in fact too small for both my wife and me! I really don't think the head circumferences listed are accurate.
