I have a high arch and the straps hit that area of my feet. I use my stretcher, which helped enough to allow me to wear them. But I only wear them if it will be a short amount of time and I am not standing for long.

They're close to perfect. They work well with jeans, slacks, casual skirts, etc. One pair rubbed a bit the first week, but then it went away. I frequently get compliments on them, and friends want to know where I got them. I've worn the plum ones so much I'm about ready for a replacement. If/when they come up in the correct size, I'll buy another.

She loves these shoes -- she walks a couple miles each day in them; she gets tons of compliments on how cute they are and she says that her feet feel great even after her longer walks -- she's taking the shoes on a trip to Europe and she is just so excited about them.

Very comfy right out of the box. Although I wanted the Hanna mules (my size is out of stock), these suit my needs. I am wearing sock liners, though as they don't seem to breathe well in bare feet. The price cannot be beat! Great deal.
