Nothing bad, but true to the nature of these shoes, the person wearing them for the first time may feel some discomfort because the structure of these shoes requires the wearer to walk in them awhile until they're broken in.

I also now have lower back pain and was excited to see if these would make a difference. I wore them to work and had trouble with both heals being stiff. By the second day I had a nasty blister on my left heal. However, I do like the rest of the fit and enjoy the way they feel. I like the support and LOVE the way they help my lower back pain. Even only after 2 days, my back felt 75% improved. I have them on right now and plan to take it a little slower as I break them in. I feel they will be a favorite once I get past the new/stiff stage.

It was a little tight across the instep at first, but after a week it seems to have stretched. This is a Vegan product so i am going to have to contact Earth to see how to best clean it as it is a very light color and prone to dirt and scuffs. Nice to have something to that is comfortable besides tennis shoes.
