I have a terrible time getting pants to fit, and these fit perfectly. Would recommend size down one size. Waist hits at natural waist. Length was perfect for me as I usually buy Talls and hem up a little. Very nice high quality fabric and construction. Would buy other colors if they were available.

I haven't washed them yet, but with corduroy, I use a cold wash and hang to dry, so will try this. I would buy these again. Very comfortable fit.

I think two sizes smaller might have been a good idea. They are very comfortable though.

Soft material that is still sturdy with good body and great fit if you go down one size as requested - don't think you need to go down two sizes bc it will shrink a bit after the wash. Don't get them hemmed until after the first wash but unless you are a tall girl you will need hemming. Great color - dark rich chocolate.
