By Hard on shoes from Berea, KY on 06/07/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Breathable, Shock-Absorbent Cons: Not Durable/Wears Easily, Poor Traction Best Uses: Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Muddy Conditions Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete, Trail Jogger Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Avid trail runner here in KY(sandstone, limestone)and the nubs wore very quickly. Noticed 2 or 3 cleats missing after first run. I have logged only 60-70mi. and now the soles are slick where once were those little yellow cleats. These shoes fit nice I've only rolled my foot once. They HAD great traction in clay/mud.

By EcoSmart from Spokane on 05/05/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Shock-Absorbent, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails Describe Yourself: Trail Jogger Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Use for jogging on all surfaces - paved to mixed off-trail. Good stability, comfort and construction. Shoes run a little small. The top eyelet is difficult to relace. Heavy cushioning around ankle seem over-done but they are comfortable. I recommend these shoes.
