I ordered the 11 1/2 in Dansco and my heal was over the back of the sandal. the next size was 12 1/2 to 13. I sent them back for a full refund.

Needs to be broken in to fit more comfotable in the width of the shoe. I'll assume that because it's leather they will stretch out for a more custom fit.
