Sweet retro style, very comfy. By hardman from Australia on 04/19/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good fit Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I chose white which gets grubby but should be more visible to motorists. I reinforced the pockets with a few stitches. It's made in Romania, not Italy as stated by STP.

nice jersey but runs small By caboose from seattle,wa on 03/30/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: washes well, keeps me warm when commuting on the bicycle to work during early spring when the mornings are still frosty. it runs small through the chest area but arms are good length for tall boy 6'2".
By Biker in HF from ye Falls, NY on 03/16/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Beautiful wool jersey, not itchey for me but I only tried it on...I ordered a size up based on a review...it was too big!
By JC from SE Michigan on 03/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Like the other reviews say, this runs small. A medium usually fits me somewhat tightly so I got a large and it fits like a medium would. Which is fine, the jersey is great. Comfortable enough to wear around the house.
It's a winner. I want the other colors! By rxmaster from Lakeport California on 03/11/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries quickly, Good fit, Very comfortable, Warm Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jersey fits comfortably like a casual sweater, but feels like a racing jersey. It keeps me very warm even when it is wet. It also dries quickly. I would buy the other colors if I could afford it.
By Daccordi Rider from Durham, NC on 02/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday, Spring rides, training rides Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After reading other reviews, I bit the bullet and paid the substantial price for this jersey. First, it's from Campagnolo, so you know it's good, and worth every cent. The reviews indicated that. Second, it looks awesome. I ride a "vintage" Italian racing bike, and this just completes the picture. Third, it's quite comfortable. Heeding some of the other reviewers' concerns, for my first ride I wore a UA Heat Gear shirt under it, and was pleased I did (and will likely continue to do so). The jersey, or sweater really, breathed so much better than any jacket or other jersey I've worn. I haven't tried washing it, so I can't comment there. As for storage, I tend not carry a lot in jersey pockets anyway, so it's not much of an issue for me, but for what little I do carry, it's more than sufficient. I agree with other reviewers' point of ordering a size up. I usually wear Large jerseys, but went with XL for this, and am happy I did so. It fit closely enough without exposing my imperfect gut (as it probably would have if smaller) to prevent any material flapping. The STP photo doesn't show the back, which is a shame. The back looks great! The Campy signature is on the back as well (in white lettering on the blue jersey), the pockets button shut and the piping on the pockets is white (on the blue jersey). Great product and worth the price!
By sue from bend, oregon on 01/13/2009 Pros: Generous pockets, Long sleeves, Soft wool, Vibrant colors Cons: Sized one size too small Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the beautiful stitching on the front and back makes the jersey fit too tight across the chest for women (unless you are very small-busted). i strongly disagree with the recommendation to order one size smaller for women; i had to return the medium and exchange it for the large.
By Rigo in SC from Santa Cruz, CA on 01/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Describe Yourself: Collegiate/Pro Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have four of these jerseys now and absolutely love them. I find these to be wonderful training jerseys in any weather under about 80 degrees. They have great big pockets - wonderful for centuries when you want to carry extra food, and great for days when the temperature will vary a lot on your ride. I ride up into the Santa Cruz mountains and on any given day the temperature can vary throughout the ride a good 40 degrees - this jersey is perfect for these conditions. Also, though you can't dry these in a dryer (wool can shrink dramatically), if I just put them on hangers overnight, they're usually dry by morning. Another thing I love about these is that they don't retain body odor like polyester does. Lastly - I found these jerseys a tad itchy on the first ride - but only on the first ride. After that inaugural wearing, itching has not been an issue.
By run4yerlife from Philadelphia, Pa on 12/29/2008 Cons: A little itch-not much Best Uses: Biking, Cold Weather, Racing, Running Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Jersey looks great. The medium size normally works well with me however heeding the advice of the reviewers I opted for a large and it is a good fit - tight but does not restrict. Have not tried it on the bike yet. Only thing I would improve on this jersey is a plastic zip instead of the metal one. I have not experience any zipper jam but sometimes the zip catches...
