By Laser Lass from Cabot Vermont on 09/14/2009 Pros: Consistent Performance, Easy To Configure, Easy To Use Describe Yourself: Casual User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My only disappointment is that the remote sensor has to be put out of the rain. I had wanted something that I could place away from the house to get a truer temperature reading. It seems to be accurate and reliable.
Outdoor temperature not accurate By Guy in Rapid from Rapid City, SD on 07/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual User Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Out of the box I set up the weather station. I put the "inside thermometer" 5 feet from the "outside thermometer." The indoor reading was accurate when compared to the thermostat on the furnace, but the outdoor read 5 to 8 degrees warmer.
Wonderful addition to the house By jon from Placerville. on 04/06/2009 Pros: Consistent Performance, Durable, Easy To Configure, Easy To Use Describe Yourself: Casual User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great to look out the window and really know what the weather is showing us. The family enjoys guessing the temp and then having it confirmed by the nicest home thermometer we have ever had.

CONVENIENT WEATHER SNAPSHOT By SILENCE IS GRAND from HAYWARD, WI on 03/19/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: YOU CAN MOVE THE BASE STATION AROUND WHERE YOU THINK IT LOOKS BEST -- AS LONG AS YOU KEEP IN MIND THE RECOMMENDED DISTANCE IT CAN BE SET AWAY FROM THE WIRELESS OUTSIDE TRANSPONDER. GETTING A HUMIDITY READING IS A NICE FEATURE
By George from Edina, MN on 03/10/2009 Pros: Consistent Performance, Easy To Use Describe Yourself: Casual User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's great to be able to sit in the kitchen and see the outside temperature.
As described and works well By On the Road Again from Falls Church, VA on 03/05/2009 Pros: Consistent Performance, Easy To Configure, Easy To Use Describe Yourself: Enthusiast Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It was easy to configure the remote unit by following the instructions. It would be nice to know the accuracy - I think it is within 2 to 4 degrees F. I listed travel as I plan on using with my RV to have a reading under the awning. The trend forecast has been very accurate for showing fronts coming through.
I would recommend this unit for average use.
