Great fabric quality, bad fit By Camille from Erie, PA on 09/08/2009 Pros: Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket was very irregular. The upper body was large, but it became so narrow at the waist that I couldn't zip it. The liner jacket was so small all over I thought it was the complete wrong size. I was disappointed because I really like the fabric, design and quality of the jacket.
By Gemini from Carrboro, NC on 09/08/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I took a chance after reading the other reviews. I do like this jacket and it fits pretty well. With the lining it is a snug fit but feels like it will be warm. I don't think I'll wear the liner alone- too snug, and too pastel- I wish it was the same shade as the jacket. Its super soft though. The outer shell is worth it by itself though- I really like the colors, and it fits well. The sleeves are long-ish but I like that (and they are not as long with the liner in). A great basic waterproof jacket, and I will probably wear it as a winter coat when its cold with the liner (I am in NC, not the arctic though). Overall happy, and the price is great.

Wish it would have worked! By England from St Louis, Mo on 07/28/2009 Pros: Durable, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Bulky, Constricts Movement, Irregular Size Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this jacket for my daughter to take with her on a semester abroad, as well as, one for me. Hers fit for the most part. But, mine was too small for the fleece lining and way too big for the jacket. Both seemed like nice pieces and I wish they would have fit. Mine has been returned

By Easygoing from Westfield, NJ on 05/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a nice 3-in-1 jacket(they just put 4 to make it look like a better deal). It's perfect for Spring and Fall seasons, and beginning of winter, but I don't think it's warm enough for a cold winter.
By MOfarmgirl from Missouri on 05/12/2009 Pros: Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Bulky, Constricts Movement, Irregular Size Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Amazing jacket, but did not work for me at all. Too bulky and snug-fitting all over, restricting movement, and sleeves were a mile too long. I ordered my regular size. I'm not sure how a person would be able to do any physical activity wearing this jacket.
By hiker jude from Jackson, MI on 04/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The outer jacket seems true to size the liner is a bit on the small size, possibly because the microfiber liner tends to stick. I solved the problem by reversing the liner.

By t from Houston, TX on 04/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket could be two jackets in one. Zip out the inner lining and it makes a really cool second jacket. Unbelievably soft lining, great color, sturdy, packable and didn't come out all wrinkly. You can't go wrong with this jacket, or with Sierra Trading Post.
